Place the earbuds in the case, and double click the button on the case (the white
light flashing rapidly) to clear pairing records and enter the TWS pairing of the left
and right earbuds. When successful, the earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth
pairing state, and the white and green lights will flash rapidly.

- Set the mobile phone to search for and connect to “EDIFIER TWS NB2 Pro”.
- Bluetooth pairing: the white and green lights flash rapidly.
- After pairing is successful, the green light will flash slowly.
Interconnection of the left and right earbuds/clear pairing records
Place the earbuds in the case, and double click the button on the case (the
white light flashing rapidly) to clear pairing records and enter the TWS
pairing of the left and right earbuds. When successful, the earbuds will
automatically enter Bluetooth pairing state, and the white and green lights
will flash rapidly.
Functional operation
Note:

Noise reduction mode switch: noise reduction mode(effective when both earbuds are used), ambient sound mode, and normal mode.

Sound effect mode switch: standard mode, spatial audio mode, and game mode. In-ear detection function

FAQs
When charging the charging case, the indicator is off.
- Please ensure the charging case is correctly connected with the power source.
No sound
- Check if the earbuds are operating.
- Check if the earbud’s volume is at an appropriate level.
- Check if the earbuds are correctly connected to a mobile phone.
- Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range.
The call quality of the earbuds is not good.
- Check if the mobile phone is in an area with a strong signal.
- Please ensure the earbuds are within effective distance (10m) and no obstacle between the earbuds and mobile phone.
When playing music, cannot control pause/play/next track via the earbuds.
- Please ensure the paired device support AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) profile.
The tapping function is too sensitive or not sensitive.
- Please ensure you are tapping in the effective tap zone with moderate intensity or at an appropriate angle. You can also adjust to the desired tapping sensitivity via the EDIFIER CONNECT APP.
After one earbud alone is connected to another mobile phone, there is no
sound from the other earbud when used again.
- When one earbud alone is connected to another mobile phone, the interconnection between the left and right earbuds may have been disconnected. To restore the two earbuds mode, double click the pairing button on the case to resume interconnection between the left and right earbuds. Then try again.
There is a delay problem when playing games.
- Please triple-click the left earbud to switch to game mode and then start
playing game.
The in-ear detection function is not sensitive or too sensitive.
- To ensure every wearing of the earbuds by user can be recognized, the recognition of in-ear detection have been slightly raised. If not used, please place the earbuds back into the case for charging and storage; it is better not to place the earbuds alone in the pocket or on the desk for long periods of time, so as to avoid interference with the in-ear detection function or missing of the earbuds. You can also set the automatic in-ear detection function to other functions or close it via the EDIFIER CONNECT APP.

How to Pair The Earbuds?
To iOS and Android phones
Step 1: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, a green light turns on for one second on the case, and the earbuds will turn on automatically.
Step 2: Press and hold the button on the inside of the charging case for about 3 seconds. When a white and green light starts flashing quickly, the earbuds enter pairing mode and will be ready to pair with any device.
Step 3: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.
Step 4: Go to the device’s Bluetooth settings.
Step 5: Select “EDIFIER TWS NB2 Pro“. If a password is needed, type “0000”. After that, a green light will start flashing slowly, and the pairing will be done.
To PC (Windows)
Step 1: Turn on Bluetooth on the desired device.
Step 2: Go to the settings.
Step 3: Go to “Bluetooth and other devices”.
Step 4: Click on “Add device”.
Step 5: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, a green light turns on for one second on the case, and the earbuds will turn on automatically.
Step 6: Press and hold the button on the inside of the charging case for about 3 seconds. When a white and green light starts flashing quickly, the earbuds enter pairing mode and will be ready to pair with any device.
Step 7: Select “EDIFIER TWS NB2 Pro“. If a password is needed, type “0000”. After that, a green light will start flashing slowly, and the pairing will be done.
Pairing The Earbuds To Each Other
If the earbuds don’t pair with each other automatically after the charging case is open, then follow the following instructions:
Step 1: Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep its lid open.
Step 2: Press the button on the inside of the charging case two times. A white light will start flashing quickly.
When a white and green light starts flashing quickly, the process will be done.
How to Wear?
Step 1: Take both earbuds out of the charging case.
Step 2: Identify the left and right earbuds.
Step 3: Choose the ear tips that best suit your ears.
Step 4: Insert the headphones into the inner canal of the ears.
Step 5: Rotate for the best possible comfort and best fit, and make sure that the microphone is pointing to the mouth.
How to Turn On and Off?
Turn on: Open the lid of the charging case. After that, a green light turns on for one second on the case, and the earbuds will turn on automatically.
Turn off: Place the earbuds into the charging case and close its lid. After that, the earbuds will turn on automatically.
How to Control? / How to Operate? – Instructions
- Play or pause a song: Press the multifunction touch sensor on the right earbud two times.
- Play the next song: Press the multifunction touch sensor on the right earbud three times.
- Answer an incoming call: Press the multifunction touch sensor on any of the earbuds two times.
- End a current call: Press the multifunction touch sensor on any of the earbuds two times.
- Activate and change the ANC mode: Press the multifunction touch sensor on any of the earbuds two times.
- Activate or deactivate the sound effect mode: Press the multifunction touch sensor on the left earbud three times.
How to Activate The Mono Mode?
To activate or deactivate the mono mode in these earbuds, all you have to do is to pair the earbuds to the device and take out one of the earbuds from the charging case. It will start working by itself.
How to Charge The Earbuds?
Earbuds
To charge the earbuds, all you have to do is to place them into the charging case and close the lid. The earbuds will start charging automatically.
Charging case
To charge the charging case, all you have to do is to connect the case to a USB charger or charging port with the included USB-A to C cable. It will start charging automatically.
How to Reset The Earbuds?
Step 1: Delete all pairing information related to the “EDIFIER TWS NB2 Pro” earbuds on the connected device.
Step 2: Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep its lid open.
Step 3: Press the button on the inside of the charging case two times. A white light will start flashing quickly.
When a white and green light starts flashing quickly, the process will be done.
What Do The Lights Mean?
Earbuds
- A white and green light will start flashing quickly: The earbuds will be ready to pair with any device.
- A green light flashing slowly: The earbuds are now connected to the device.
- A white light flashing quickly while resetting: The earbuds are resetting.
Charging case
- A green light turns on for one second: The earbuds turn on.
- A light is on while charging: The case is charging.
- Said light turns off while charging: The case is fully charged.
- A light is on while on the case: The earbuds are charging.
- Said light turns off while on the case: The earbuds are fully charged.
- The light flashes one time when the lid is open/closed: The case has a low battery level.
- The light flashes two times when the lid is open/closed: The case has a medium battery level.
- The light flashes three times when the lid is open/closed: The case has a full battery level.
A Guide To Edifier TWS NB2 Pro APP
The Edifier TWS NB2 Pro can be used with an application, called Edifier Connect. This application is available for iOS and Android devices.
- First page: On the first page, not only is the battery percentage that the earbuds have but there is also the ability to turn ANC and ambient sound mode on or off. Likewise, there are also the settings, where there is information about the earbuds, as well as some options for use and user manuals.
- Second page: On the second page, you will find information about the different products launched by Edifier, as well as blogs, news, and support in case of problems with the devices.
- Third page: On the third page, you will find general information about the application, as well as the devices with which it is compatible, FAQs, and more.
Some Common Problems & Troubleshooting
Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has stopped working
If this happens, it may be because it is low on battery or it did not connect correctly with the device. To fix this, you can do the following:
1. Try charging the earbud that is not working or both, placing them in the charging case.
2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.
3. Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range
If that doesn’t work, the earbud is probably faulty, and I can go for a refund or replacement of it.
Left / Right / One side of the earbuds has a low volume
If this happens, it may be because the earbuds are dirty or the volume is set low. To fix this, you can do the following:
1. Try cleaning the earbud using a cotton swab or carefully clean the mesh with a pin.
2. Try factory resetting the earbuds.
The microphone is not working
If this happens, it can be because the microphone is muted, or the earbuds are badly positioned. To fix this, you can do the following:
If the microphone is muted, check the device microphone volume. If that doesn’t work, that means that there might be a defect in the earbud, so try replacing them or get a refund.
The earbuds are not connecting to Windows/laptop/PC
If the earbuds are earbuds not connecting, it can be because the Bluetooth on the computer has a pairing problem. To fix this, you can do the following:
1. Try disabling Bluetooth from nearby devices >>> then activate the pairing mode of the earbuds, pair and connect earbuds from Settings >>> Bluetooth & other devices >>> Add a new device >>>> select Bluetooth.
2. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver, or updating the Bluetooth driver. All can be done in Manage >>> Device Manager, reset earbuds (if available), and then repeat the step.
3. Try resetting the earbuds.

When charging the charging case, the indicator is off.

Please ensure the charging case is correctly connected with power source.
No sound

Check if the earbuds are operating.
•
Check if the earbuds volume are at an appropriate level.
•
Check if the earbuds are correctly connected with mobile phone.
•
Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range.
The call quality of the earbuds are not good.
•
Check if mobile phone is in an area with strong signal.
•
Please ensure the earbuds are within effective distance (10m) and no
obstacle between the earbuds and mobile phone.
When playing music, cannot control pause/play/next track via the earbuds.
•
Please ensure the paired device support AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote
Control Profile) profile.
The tapping function is too sensitive or not sensitive.
•
Please ensure you are tapping in the effective tap zone with a moderate
intensity or at an appropriate angle. You can also adjust to a desired tapping
sensitivity via the EDIFIER CONNECT APP.
After one earbud alone is connected to another mobile phone, there is no
sound from the other earbud when used again.
•
When one earbud alone is connected to another mobile phone, the
interconnection between the left and right earbuds may have been
disconnected. To restore the two earbuds mode, double click the pairing
button on the case to resume interconnection between the left and right
earbuds. Then try again.
There is a delay problem when playing game.
•
Please triple click the left earbud to switch to game mode and then start
playing game.
In-ear detection function is not sensitive or too sensitive.
•
To ensure every wearing of the earbuds by user can be recognized, the
recognition of in-ear detection have been slightly raised. If not used, please
place the earbuds back into the case for charging and storage; it is better
not to place the earbuds alone in the pocket or on the desk for long periods
of time, so as to avoid interference with the in-ear detection function or
missing of the earbuds. You can also set the automatic in-ear detection
function to other functions or close it via the EDIFIER CONNECT APP.

Interconnection of the left and right earbuds/clear pairing
records
Place the earbuds in the case, and double click the button on the case (the white
light flashing rapidly) to clear pairing records and enter the TWS pairing of the left
and right earbuds. When successful, the earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth
pairing state, and the white and green lights will flash rapidly.

Music control: Music will be played/paused when one earbud is inserted or
removed.

Noise reduction control: In noise reduction mode, the noise reduction will be
enabled when both earbuds are inserted, and will be disabled when one earbud

APP.
