Chapter 2 Installation
is is an ATX form factor motherboard. Before you install the motherboard, study
the conguration of your chassis to ensure that the motherboard ts into it.
Pre-installation Precautions
Take note of the following precautions before you install motherboard components
or change any motherboard settings.
Make sure to unplug the power cord before installing or removing the motherboard.
•
Failure to do so may cause physical injuries to you and damages to motherboard
components.
In order to avoid damage from static electricity to the motherboard’s components,
•
NEVER place your motherboard directly on a carpet. Also remember to use a grounded
wrist strap or touch a safety grounded object before you handle the components.
Hold components by the edges and do not touch the ICs.
•
Whenever you uninstall any components, place them on a grounded anti-static pad or
•
in the bag that comes with the components.
When placing screws to secure the motherboard to the chassis, please do not over-
•
tighten the screws! Doing so may damage the motherboard.

2.2 Installing the CPU Fan and Heatsink
Aer you install the CPU into this motherboard, it is necessary to install a larger
heatsink and cooling fan to dissipate heat. You also need to spray thermal grease
between the CPU and the heatsink to improve heat dissipation. Ma ke sure that the
CPU and the heatsink are securely fastened and in good contact with each other.
Please turn o the power or remove the power cord before changing a CPU or heatsink.

Форма выпуска, упаковка и состав
препарата Канефрон® Н
Таблетки, покрытые оболочкой оранжевого цвета, круглые, двояковыпуклые, с гладкой поверхностью.
Вспомогательные вещества: лактозы моногидрат, магния стеарат, крахмал кукурузный, повидон K30, кремния диоксид коллоидный безводный.
Состав оболочки: кальция карбонат, касторовое масло, глюкозы сироп, краситель железа оксид красный (E172), крахмал кукурузный, декстрин, воск горный гликолевый, повидон K30, рибофлавин, шеллак, сахароза, тальк, титана диоксид.

Фармакологическое действие
Комбинированный препарат растительного происхождения, оказывает мочегонное, спазмолитическое, противовоспалительное, противомикробное действие.
Фармакокинетика
Данные по фармакокинетике у человека отсутствуют.
Показания препарата
Канефрон® Н
В комплексной терапии:
- острых и хронических инфекций мочевого пузыря (цистита);
- при инфекционном и неинфекционном хроническом воспалении почек (пиелонефрит, гломерулонефрит, интерстициальный нефрит);
- в качестве средства, препятствующего образованию мочевых камней (также после удаления мочевых камней).
Режим дозирования
Препарат принимают внутрь, не разжевывая, запивая небольшим количеством воды (например, 1 стакан).
Рекомендуется принимать 3 раза/день (утром, днем и вечером), в соответствии с приведенной ниже таблицей или указаниями врача.
Во время лечения препаратом рекомендуется достаточное потребление жидкости.
Длительность курса лечения зависит от течения заболевания. После наступления улучшения (завершения острой фазы заболевания) следует продолжить лечение препаратом в течение 2-4 недель. Увеличение продолжительности и проведение повторных курсов лечения возможно по рекомендации врача.
Побочное действие
Указанные ниже нежелательные реакции приведены в соответствие со следующими градациями частоты их возникновения: очень часто (≥1/10), часто (≥1/100 до <1/10), нечасто (≥1/1000 до <1/100), редко (≥1/10000 до <1/1000), очень редко (<1/10000), частота неизвестна (по имеющимся данным установить частоту возникновения не представляется возможным).
Со стороны пищеварительной системы: часто — тошнота, рвота, диарея.
Со стороны иммунной системы: частота неизвестна — аллергические реакции. При появлении первых признаков аллергической реакции или других нежелательных реакций следует прекратить прием препарата и обратиться к врачу.
Если отмечаются указанные в инструкции нежелательные реакции, или они усугубляются, или отмечаются любые другие нежелательные реакции, не указанные в инструкции, пациент должен сообщить об этом врачу.
Противопоказания к применению
- повышенная чувствительность к любому из компонентов препарата, к растениям семейства зонтичные (в т.ч. к анису и фенхелю), а также к анетолу (компоненту эфирных масел таких растений как анис, фенхель);
- язвенная болезнь желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки в фазе обострения;
- недостаточность лактазы, непереносимость лактозы, глюкозо-галактозная мальабсорбция;
- дефицит сахаразы/изомальтазы, непереносимость фруктозы;
- детский возраст до 6 лет.
Применение при беременности и кормлении грудью
Беременность
Применение препарата во время беременности возможно только по назначению врача, в случае если предполагаемая польза для матери превышает потенциальный риск для плода и ребенка.
Период грудного вскармливания
Неизвестно, выделяются ли активные компоненты препарата Канефрон® Н или его метаболиты в материнское молоко. Нельзя исключить риск для ребенка на грудном вскармливании. Канефрон® Н не следует принимать во время кормления грудью.
Применение у детей
Противопоказано применение препарата в детском возрасте до 6 лет.
Особые указания
Если симптомы заболевания не улучшаются, ухудшаются или повторяются периодически, необходимо обратиться за консультацией к врачу.
В случае появления лихорадки, спазмов, крови в моче, нарушения мочеиспускания, боли при мочеиспускании или острой задержки мочи, необходимо срочно обратиться к врачу.
При отеках, вызванных нарушениями функции сердца или почек, потребление большого количества жидкости противопоказано, а также в том случае, если врач рекомендовал ограниченный питьевой режим.
Препарат Канефрон® Н не следует принимать пациентам с недостаточностью лактазы, дефицитом сахаразы/изомальтазы, непереносимостью фруктозы, глюкозо-галактозной мальабсорбцией.
Информация для пациентов с сахарным диабетом: содержание усваиваемых углеводов в разовой дозе (1 таблетка) соответствует менее чем 0.04 ХЕ, в максимальной суточной дозе (6 таблеток) — менее 0.24 ХЕ.
Влияние на способность к управлению транспортными средствами и механизмами
При приеме в рекомендуемых дозах препарат Канефрон® Н не оказывает влияния на способность к выполнению потенциально опасных видов деятельности, требующих повышенной концентрации внимания и быстроты психомоторных реакций (управление транспортными средствами, работа с движущимися механизмами, работа диспетчера, оператора).
Передозировка
До настоящего времени случаев передозировки препаратом не зарегистрировано.
Лечение: в случае передозировки препарата назначают симптоматическое лечение.
Лекарственное взаимодействие
Комбинация с антибактериальными средствами возможна и целесообразна.
Взаимодействие с другими лекарственными средствами на данный момент неизвестно.
Условия хранения препарата Канефрон® Н
Препарат следует хранить в оригинальной упаковке (пачке), в недоступном для детей месте при температуре не выше 25°C.
Срок годности препарата Канефрон® Н
Срок годности — 3 года. Не применять по истечении срока годности.
Условия реализации
Препарат отпускают без рецепта.
