Индикатор уровня заряда аккумуляторов SUPNOVA SN-AT предназначен для литиевых, свинцово-кислотных, LiFePo4 аккумуляторов с напряжением 8-100В.

Индикация:

В моделях с датчиком температуры короткое нажатие SET переключает индикацию между температурой и напряжением АКБ.

Настройка:

• Долго удерживайте кнопку SET чтобы зайти в меню настройки.
• Далее короткие нажатия SET для выбора пункта меню.
• Короткие нажатия кнопки Вкл/Выкл для перемещения по подпунктам.
• Далее короткие нажатия  кнопки SET в подпунктах для настройки характеристики.
• Долгое SET после настройки — выход из меню.

Меню 1: Выберите тип батареи кнопкой:

• L-литиевая,
• P-свинцово-кислотная,
• F — LiFePO4.

Затем выберите количество ячеек для литиевых и «железных» батарей, и напряжение для свинцово-кислотных:

• L — от 2 до 25 ячеек
• P — 12, 24, 36, 48, 60,72,80 В
• F от 3 до 26 ячеек.

Меню 2: время выключения подсветки. 10, 30, 60 или 120 секунд. При этом выключаться она будет если функция выключения включена (выбираем ON)

Меню 3: Установка низкого и высокого напряжения.

Меню 4: Включение/выключение сигнализации по низкому напряжению. Только при наличии данной функции. Включить ON. И выставить Напряжение при котором будет звучать предупреждающий сигнал.

Меню 5: Калибровка. Например выбран аккумулятор с номиналом 12 Вольт. Необходимо подключить эталонное напряжение 12 Вольт, например стабилизированный блок питания. Для использования нужно зайти в это меню и нажать откалибровать. Используйте это меню при необходимости, когда есть эталонный источник напряжения

Меню 6: Выбор показывать температуру или нет. Только при наличии данной функции.

  Satisfying battery monitoring display.

  After living with minimalist LED lights in my camper trailer I decided to upgrade to a digital readout to show the house battery status. One of the features of this unit was the white back-lite display. It is a nice brightness level and is easy to switch on and off. (The blue LED’s used in the standard control panel are annoyingly bright at night so that made a black fabric roll to cover them at night.) When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the unit. It is large enough display making it easy to ready but its small makes it easy to find a place to install it pretty much anywhere.

  I made a cardboard template of the display housing in order to mark out the mounting hole in the side of the cabinet…just below the main control panel. Using a oscillating saw I carefully cut along most of the lines then used a coping saw blade to cut the corners and a file to fine tune the hole. The front flange frame is narrow so you have to be careful not to cut the hole too large. Start small and tweak to fit. My cupboard side board is 3/4-inch thick making me concerned that the display would not grip and stay in place. However, it went in smoothly and hold fast.

  The wire pigtail (connector on one end and raw wire on the other end) is nice because I was able to easily find and connect to a constant 12-volts, positive and ground….then plug it into the back of the display. Installing it next to the original control panel certainly made this job very easy.

  It took me a few minutes to understand the sequence of button pushes to cycle through the menus and make the selection for my application. It likely took longer because I push the button too fast and race past where I should have stopped.

  Once I had the unit set up just how I liked it….I stepped back and admired how nice it looked in the cabinet side. It looked like it came with the camper / trailer. The LED display is easy to read and understand. Just the right amount of information to let me know my battery status. Using a digital multi-meter I compared the voltage at the battery to the voltage displayed at the SUPNOVA unit. They were exactly the same.

  Yes, I recommend the SUPNOVA battery status display. Actually my son is getting one for his camper.

  Finally a battery monitor that works! Highly Recommended!

  I’ve been through 4 state of charge meters for my 2016 Club Car Precedent. None of them worked properly and no matter what I did to reset the range, could not track SOC properly. The last one I bought was a straight up volt meter which worked fine, but was impossible to read in virtually any light (except total darkness).

  This one actually does it all and does it well. Voltage indicator is right on when compared to my multimeter. SOC meter works great as you are able to set the range to the full/empty charge values for the battery system. Easy to read in ANY light (I got the blue version), instructions are clearly written and setup is a breeze. It looks great in my panel too. Highly recommended!

  Wires too short and too thin; too easy to brick

  Bought this to monitor a 24v solar power reserve battery bank.

  Pros: cheap; bright display

  Cons: everything else

  Included wires are way too short to be useful for monitoring anything other than a battery sitting right next to it.

  Whatever lightweight gauge they used (24awg?) plan on using lots of electrical tape to keep it bound to your extension wires unless you can find really small gauge splints.

  Custom settings seem to save between connections, but whatever settings you chose don’t show up again when you revisit the settings again so you better have written them down.

  Settings screens aren’t intuitive. You better have the manual ready. Good luck finding it on Google.

  But most frustrating of all is menu 5. Apparently this is a calibration menu, but if you accidentally hit enter instead of the menu button while connected to a battery source that isn’t EXACTLY 30v supply then your monitor is now bricked. Why do they even have that setting????!!! And there is no factory reset mechanism.

  Accurate Voltage but Difficult to Read

  This device has a good amount of information. The reading seems to be accurate compared with my meter and gives a helpful beep when low.

  A couple of issues with this device. The main issue is that the vertical viewing angle is quite narrow. For many installations, the panel is mounted in an instrument cluster or panel that is 90 degrees from the ground, but eyesight from the driving position is typically looking down to it at an angle. This causes the LCD to be difficult to view unless you are directly in line with it around 10-15 degrees up or down. I find myself having to bend down to check the battery meter. The wires are a tiny gauge so you will most likely have to fold the wire over itelf so that it crimps in a connector.

  Overall, despite the deficiencies, a solid battery meter.

  Supnova gives more of a general percentage of charge than a pinpointed number. As others have said, it reads around 80% just after dropping below a fully charged threshold. This would be fine if you have a lithium battery, but if you are using lead acid and need to try to calculate when to recharge as you aren’t supposed to drop below 50% it would be helpful to know where you stand.
  Also, you have to have this display at eye level to read it. Instructions aren’t very good. I would only recommend this if you will install it somewhere that looks you right in the face and only need a general idea of what percentage your battery is at.
  The alarm feature is kind of nice, if you can figure out how to set it. But again, since I don’t know how accurate this thing is it might not be giving me reliable information. Need to be spot on with your cuts if you will sink mount this thing.
