It is not necessary to remove the skin or peel. You should only peel fruit with a thick, bitter skin, such as lemons, oranges, grapefruit or pineapples (remove the core).
Nor is it necessary to remove the small seeds from watermelon or grapes but you must remove the stones from fruit such as peaches, cherries, etc.
Do not use the appliance for more than 2 minutes at one time.
