Stereo MP3, WMA, CD music, and other digital audio
may only play back on the two front speakers in a
multichannel speaker system. With Creative Multi
Speaker Surround Sound (CMSS®) you can enjoy
stereo music and movies in captivating surround
sound. You can, however, choose to «upmix» the
audio so that it is heard from all your surround
speakers (if available).

To upmix audio to all your surround speakers:

1. Click Start → Programs/All Programs →

Creative → Sound Blaster Audigy → EAX
Console.

2. Click the CMSS 3D Surround option to enable CMSS 3D Surround.

3. Select CMSS, CMSS 2 or Stereo Surround.

Для подключения к звуковому выводу на лицевой панели системного блока вам нужно использовать белый разъем в правом верхнем углу звуковой карты, а так же понадобится специальный аудио кабель-адаптер. 10pin женский — 9pin мужской.

Перечисляя список необходимых компьютерных комплектующих, пользователи часто пренебрегают дискретными решениями, не влияющими на повышение производительности в играх или рабочих программах.

Одним из недооцененных товаров этой категорий являются звуковые карты. Хоть они и не добавляют пару лишних кадров в игре, они напрямую влияют на восприятие звука в играх, фильмах или воспроизведение музыки. В данном обзоре мы рассмотрим звуковые карты Creative Audigy Fx и чуть более дорогую — Creative Audigy Rx.

При сравнении, основанном на характеристиках, выделяются несколько основных различий. В более продвинутой — RX поддержка ASIO 2.0, сразу 2 микрофонных входа для полноценного подкаста для двух собеседников, есть оптический выход S/PDIF.

Упаковка и комплектация

Creative Audigy RX упакована в черную матовую картонную коробку с ключевыми элементами, выделенными глянцем. С лицевой стороны — название и модель звуковой карты. В нижней части описание ключевых преимуществ:

Открываем коробку и рассматриваем что внутри. Сама звуковая карточка упакована в пакет, запечатанный на скотч. Картонный отсек защищает карту от ударов во время перевозки. На первый взгляд комплектация обширная. Но достав все из коробки, все оказывается не совсем так. Основное место занимают инструкции. Помимо звуковой карты в комплекте:

• Диск с драйверами
• Инструкция по использованию
• Информация о поддержке
• Правила использования
• Информация о гарантии
• Информация о сертификации
• Пакетик с силикагелем

Полезных кабелей, переходников для подключения в комплекте нет.

В Creative Audigy FX основное наполнение осталось похожим, но различие все же есть — комплектация младшей модели оказалась побогаче. Здесь имеется антистатический пакет, в который упакована звуковая карта. Второе отличие — в сменном креплении. Для Creative Audigy FX есть возможность сменить крепления на “компактное”, позволяя установить Creative Audigy FX в компактные корпуса. Почему же не положили подобное крепление для старшей модели? Ответ прост — проблема заключается в размере звуковых карт. ВRX версии больше разъемов, в связи с этим и высота карточки выше.

Внешний вид

Переходим к оценке внешнего вида. Хотя, внешний вид — последнее, на что обращается внимание при выборе звуковой карты. Это не видеокарта или система охлаждения, которые всегда у всех на виду. Но все-таки оценим внешний вид и бросающиеся в глаза отличия.

Audigy FX

Подключается звуковая карта в компьютер через разъем pci-e x1, к самой плате кабели подключаются со стороны заглушки. Как и было сказано ранее, крепление “заглушка” съемная, с возможностью замены на компактный вариант. К звуковой карте крепится на два винта со стандартными крестообразными шлицами. Разъемов подключения 5, они окрашены в разные цвета для более простого подключения. Хотя с практической стороны это удобно, с эстетической мне больше нравится вариант с установкой металлических разъемов золотого цвета. Такое решение выбрано у старшей модели, они выглядят минималистично и сочетаются с черным текстолитом звуковых карт. Тем более, что описание разъемов есть на заглушке и коробке звуковой карты.

Внутри Audigy FX не отличается особым подходом к дизайну, creative решили отказаться от пластиковых накладок или цветовых изысков. Карта полностью черная, с выделяющимися на черном фоне компонентами, разъемом pci-e x1 и золотым логотипом. Можно сказать — просто и со вкусом, но выделяются разноцветные разъемы подключения.

Отдельное слово о ее компактности: звуковая карта имеет размер, соизмеримый с размером стандартного 5 дюймового телефона. Если дополнительно сменить крепления накладку на компактную, можно с легкостью уместить звуковую карту в компактные корпуса или терминалы, единственное условие — pci-e x1 разъем.

Audigy RX

Переходим к старшей модели. Главное внешнее отличие от FX — увеличенный примерно в полтора раза размер карты. Это связано в улучшенной начинкой и интерфейсом ввода и вывода. Для подключения используется все тот же разъем pci-e x1. Улучшилась начинка, но и вырос размер. Данную плату компактной точно не назовешь.

В модели Sound Blaster Audigy RX за звук отвечает E-MU CA10300 от дочерней компании Creative. Не стоит думать, что это какой-то ноунейм. E-MU — американская компания, занимающаяся решениями в области звука с 1973 года, в 2012 она была ликвидирована после полного слияния с Creative. Сам E-MU CA10300 создан в 2002 году и до сих пор имеет впечатляющие характеристики. В качестве цап используется решение от cirrus logic CS4382, его характеристики ниже.

Софт и драйвера

При подключении Audigy RX, был установлен набор утилит с официального сайта. Половин из них занимается диагностикой или контролем программ, другая — дополнительные бесплатные программы для записи звука, обработки полученных записей и караоке.

Программа обновления, как обычно, отвечает за обновление по и драйверов звуковой карты.

В панели управления можно изменить чувствительность микрофона, задать режимы, применить эффекты при воспроизведении звука. Если встроенных эффектов не хватает, есть ручной режим — для настройки собственных эффектов.

Wave studio применяется для записи и обработки звуков с микрофона.

Smart recorder — программа для записи звуков с микрофона с расширенным функционалом. Есть возможность выбора источника или записи с разных источников.

Софт Creative Audigy FX

Софт немного скромнее, набор потерял программы, предназначенные для записи звука и караоке. В панели управления остались настройки для управления воспроизведением и использования эффектов.

Creative Diagnostics почему-то не открывается, возможно, проблема в использовании Windows 10. Creative alchemy также отказалась работать, обозначив причину в не найденном оборудование. Хотя система видит карту без проблем, судя по работе панели управления creative и анализу aida64.

Опыт использования

По субъективным ощущениям при прослушивании, безусловно, лидерство за старшей моделью — Creative Sound Blaster Audigy RX. В ней есть не только достойный встроенный усилитель для наушников, но и возможность настройки звучания через встроенный эквалайзер.

Средние и высокие по звучанию у Creative Sound Blaster Audigy RX и Creative Sound Blaster Audigy FX достаточно близки.

Чего нельзя сказать о низких — тут они кардинально меняются. В Creative Sound Blaster Audigy FX низкие приближены к клубному звучанию, когда цель — разогнать атмосферу более высоким и качающим басом. В Creative Sound Blaster Audigy RX бас хоть и присутствует, но он более нейтральный к звучанию, стремясь, скорее, дополнить звук объемностью звучания.

Если слушать музыку, для большинства пользователей приоритетнее будет звук в Creative Sound Blaster Audigy FX, где хватает звучания низких частот.

Для большинства фильмов и игр предпочтение стоит отдать в сторону Creative Sound Blaster Audigy RX. У нее мягче звук с возможностью настройки. В фильмах, несмотря на популярные эффекты окружения за счет баса, можно различить речь. При просмотре не возникают ситуации с чрезмерными низами от которых болит голова.

Creative Audigy RX и Creative Audigy FX — звуковые карты, созданные для рынка среднего сегмента, но несмотря на визуальную и общую схожесть имеют разные направления использования.

Creative Audigy FX, как младшая модель, имеет привлекательную цену, почти не уступаю функционалу Creative Audigy RX. Ее направление — для домашнего использования широким кругом пользователей. В ней есть полноценный 5.1 с усилением для сигнала, необходимые интерфейсы ввода и вывода, и удобный эквалайзер.

Благодаря этому ее могут использовать для прослушивания музыки, просмотра видео (не у всех дома стоит акустика лучше чем 5.1, да и в большинстве фильмов не бывает дорожек лучше чем 5.1), или для игр, где объемность и качество звука не на последнем месте.

Creative Audigy RX — скорее промежуточный продукт между домашним и профессиональным использованием. В отличие от FX, в RX поддерживается полноценный 7.1 и S/PDIF выход, расширяющие использование до полноценного домашнего кинотеатра.

Какую из звуковых карт выбрать? Выбор остается за самим пользователем исходя из его потребностей. Хочется достойный звук с базовыми характеристиками и необходимым железом за приятную сумму? Ваш выбор — Creative Audigy FX.

Вдруг стало не хватать и хочется все и сразу? Чтобы и 7.1, и уровень звука чуть повыше — тогда можно доплатить и взять Creative Audigy RX.

Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE 5.1 PCI SB0570

Здравствуйте, уважаемые коллеги! Умер окончательно мой старый и верный Creative Sound Blaster Live!, который верой и правдой служил мне 15 лет! Мир праху его! И вот я нашел в инете Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE 5.1 PCI SB0570 и о нем очень хорошо отзываются, и стОит он недорого. Технические характеристики мне подходят. У кого-нибудь есть мнение по поводу этого субъекта?

Даже сама Creative давно отказалась от аппаратного SF2-сэмплера в её звуковых картах.

Функция записи всего воспроизводимого, если дело в ней, нужна сейчас, пожалуй, лишь для записи музыки из игр. В плоскости работы с музыкой — в любой современной DAW-программе типа Cubase и Sonar, работающей с виртуальными инструментами, есть функция экспорта (называться может по-разному: Export, Mixdown, Bounce) микса, при этом скорость экспорта ограничена лишь быстродействием компьютера, но в общем случае значительно выше (обычно в несколько раз) реального времени, при этом просчёт данных математически идеальный, и полностью отсутствуют потери качества вследствие, например, передискретизации.

Вручную в реальном времени записывать воспроизводимое с целью получить микс была необходимость лет при использовании аппаратного SF2-сэмплера (лет 15 назад я тоже так делал), но никак не сейчас при работе с виртуальными инструментами.

Кстати, драйвера звуковых карт ESI (например, Juli@) снабжены встроенной функцией DirectWIRE, позволяющей управлять маршрутизацией сигнала в том числе с целью записи воспроизводимого.

Задержка, которую обеспечивает ASIO4ALL, может казаться комфортной, только если не пробовал звуковую карту с настоящей поддержкой ASIO. ASIO4ALL подходит, пожалуй, лишь как временное решение (лет 12 назад тоже использовал его в течение пары месяцев в паре со встроенной звуковой картой), но никак не годами для музыки в качестве основного вида деятельности.

Я году в 1999-м приобрёл, кажется, за 55 $ ради двух вещей: SF2-сэмплер + высокое соотношение сигнал/шум (до этого была кошмарная SB32, поставлявшаяся в комплекте с компьютером).

Если всё упирается в невозможность _скачать_ файл при наличии возможности его _прослушать_, то существуют расширения для браузеров, во многих случаях позволяющие скачивать такие файлы — например, FlashGot для Firefox.

Что ж, Илья, дай бог, чтобы она вам подошла и при этом для неё существовал стабильно работающий драйвер для современных операционных систем (во времена Live! у Creative с выпуском нормальных драйверов для устаревших продуктов было, ммм, туговато).

Для начала и без обид, ОК? МП3 — это не показатель. Это сжатый аудио-формат С ПОТЕРЯМИ КАЧЕСТВА. А МИДИ — это вообще-то всего лишь набор команд, цифровой протокол. Но если говорить вашим языком, то в МИДИ нет ничего такого, что бы как-то превосходило МП3. И Аранжировки в МИДИ — это исходные данные, которые при желании можно в аудио либо оцифровать — т.е. переписать в комп (а в комп ВСЕГДА и ВСЁ аудио пишется в НЕСЖАТЫЙ ФОРМАТ WAV и только потом преобразуется при необходимости в какой-то другой — MP3, OGG, FLAC, APE и т.д.), либо перегнать в аналог — на магн.ленту (нынче редкость, но вот надолго ли, вопрос: на днях было, к примеру, заявлено, что все альбомы Pink Floyd будут ВНОВЬ ПЕРЕИЗДАНЫ НА ВИНИЛЕ! А с винила куда лучше переписывать? Прально, на ленту:)))).

I installed this in about ten minutes (including opening up the computer) with no fuss whatsoever on a Win98SE machine. I uninstalled software for the onboard sound and then disabled it in the bios before putting in the new card so there would be no conflicts. There is a poster foldout that has diagrams and instructions for how to install along with a sidenote for WinXP users. It has the standard line-in, line-out, mic jacks along with a digital-out plug for Digital surround sound speaker systems or 3 plugs for an analog surround sound system. If you want to use the joystick port, it will require an additional slot being used. The big surprise is the FireWire port on the card. The box says you can use this for a computer to computer connection for gaming (using FireNet software on the CD), but I see this as something you can use to connect to an external hard drive, digital camcorder or some of the newer portable music players. Amazingly, this card played everything beautifully. As you may know, Phillips new sound card allows for adding different effects to sound. I.e. you can have everything sound like it’s coming from underwater. The Audigy allows for the same type of effects. The Audigy doesn’t have as many effects as the Phillips card, but the effects are more useful. You can turn male voices to female voices, change the pitch of the sounds, make it sound like an alien is speaking, etc. The sound processor is four times faster than the Live! line. In addition, this card comes with a 1394 (firewire) connector, so you can plug in digital cameras, or network two PCs together through it. I haven’t tried it yet, but it sounds cool. I just have to talk my friends into buying this card;-) I doubt there will be any games that support this card’s new effects for several months. So if you already have a Vortex, Live!, or other good card, there is no reason to run and buy this. In particular, I’m very impressed with the amplification of the signal, as the Audigy easily sends a good enough signal to sound superb on my Sennheiser HD600 headphones—there’s no need for the extra amplification that I previously needed with older, more underpowered sound cards. I also think that 3D positional audio sounds better through the headphones thanks to the Audigy’s improved HRTF’s, but that could also be because my speakers aren’t arranged in the best possible way. The built-in AC3 decoding (I’m not sure if this feature is implemented by the drivers or the hardware) is also really really helpful as it means I don’t have to spend extra cash on a decoder or an audio pack for my DVD software. My computer’s motherboard also uses a VIA chipset, which previous Soundblaster cards are reported to have problems with, but everything’s worked great so far for the most part, although there is a little bit of popping on a few games I play, but who knows where that’s coming from.
